Consep Holland Dryers & Coolers

Consep Holland Rotary Dryers
Consep Holland rotary dryers are built to provide lasting service in the process of drying many products. They provide considerable energy savings over alternative methods and have demonstrated their durability by their continuous service over many years.

Material is dried by passing it into the dryer cylinder at a controlled rate and letting the dryer cascade the material in a heated air stream. Drying air can be from below 100 deg C to very high temperatures depending on the product. Concurrent systems are normal for most process drying but counter current systems are used when a drying and heating process is required. Air heating can be carried out in the drum with a gas or oil burner or externally using ducted systems. Where products are sensitive to products of combustion indirect heating can be achieved via heat exchangers or even by heating the outside of the shell. Throughputs can be anything from a few tonnes per hour to hundreds of tonnes per hour.

Consep Holland Rotary and Fluid Bed Coolers

Consep Holland equipment rotary coolers and fluid bed coolers provide the means by which products can be made handleable subsequent to being processed through dryers or furnaces.

Coolers can cool product using ambient air in lower temperature ranges whilst higher temperatures require water cooling.

This later process utilizes the latent heat of vaporization to extract large quantities of heat from hot products. Cooling can also be carried out in non oxidizing atmospheres.

You the customer can define your process requirements and we will do the rest.
