Consep is the exclusive worldwide supplier of the Consep Acacia. The Consep Acacia is a complete process solution to maximise recovery of gold from gravity concentrates. The utilisation of gravity leaching in gold processing plants has become the standard method for the processing of high grade gravity concentrates. Most new greenfields plants are installing gravity leaching as part of the original plant equipment and many brownfields plants are replacing existing tables. The traditional tabling techniques have proven to have many limitations. The Consep Acacia is a packaged processing plant for the treatment of high grade gravity gold concentrates, such as those generated from a Knelson Concentrator. The plant consists of an up flow fluidised reactor for the leaching process, which has been developed and optimised to produce the ideal solid-liquid interaction for maximised gold leaching reaction kinetics without mechanical agitation.

The Consep Acacia system has developed over the previous five years into the market leading product with an extensive world wide installation list. The Consep Acacia maintains its advantages by its robust and reliable reaction chemistry, superior solids handling techniques, compact design and simple operating philosophy. The Consep Acacia typically achieves overall recoveries in excess of 95%, often over 98%. Most importantly the Consep Acacia maintains an unblemished installation success rate.
