Consep has designed and manufactured mineral processing equipment for sites all over the world.

Consep's largest single project was for the massive PT Freeport Mine in Indonesia. For this project Consep managed the installation of fourteen KCXD48 Knelson Concentrators into 7 separate milling circuits. Our equipment package extended to the process and mechanical design of the complex retrofit installation.

Consep has built many packages of equipment which have included Sizetec Vibrating Screens, Knelson Concentrators, Consep Acacia's, Electrowinning Modules and Heath & Sherwood Samplers. In addition, many of these packaged plants included seamless packages of automation and control.

Our packaged plants extend beyond gravity recovery, with Consep having experience in the design and manufacture of many complex integrated plants for flotation, sampling and hot processing.
