Consep is the exclusive Australian and South East Asian licensed representative of the ME Electmetal range of cast steel wear parts. ME Elecmetal are the world largest supplier of mill liners, with five foundries worldwide. ME Elecmetal have unique manufacturing facilities and capacities which enable them to manufacture mill lining castings to fit even the largest multiple-cord SAG mill application. The Mill lining products, together with a wide range of steel wear products for both track pads (ground engagement) and crushers, as well as a wide range of available alloys, ensures that Consep and Me Elecmetal have the technology and experience to be able to offer a steel wear part package to meet all of our customers needs.

In general ME Elecmetal’s standard internal quality procedures already exceed the requirements of most customers, such that our customers can be confident that their ME Elecmetal products will not only fit, but will provide a superior and extended wear life. Where requested, custom quality control procedures can be provided for any of our products.

Consep’s team of engineers and metallurgists work together with ME Elecmetal’s staff to ensure that the best possible level of service and support is provided. This includes providing unique methods for tracking wear to assist maintenance planners in predicting mill shutdown schedules.
