Vibrating Screens – Sizetec

Consep is the manufacturing licensee for the range of Sizetec Vibrating Screens. Consep has a wide range of screen designs available, for a wide range of applications. The range includes dewatering, sizing, scalping, trash, carbon and gravity feed screens, amongst other options. For many years, Consep supplied gravity recovery equipment to plants where the gravity feed screens were supplied by others. Too often the screens were undersized, or incorrectly designed to suit the application. Too often it was the screen that was the recovery bottleneck within our clients gravity circuits. As a result of these issues Consep became a manufacturing licensee for the range of Sizetec Screens. Consep has manufactured a large number of screens, not only for gravity circuit feed duties, but for general scalping and dewatering duties.

The Sizetec screens offered by Consep are unique in including the complete assembly of feed box, undersize pan and oversize chute. This greatly simplifies the engineering and installation of the screen, saving costs and reducing installation down time for customers.
