Consep’s gravity circuit core technology lies in our gravity feed screens , Knelson Concentrators , Consep Acacia leach plants , electrowinning and smelting technology. However, many of our client’s requirements extend beyond just our core equipment; they often require a complete turnkey solution.

Over our 25 year history, Consep has developed a large and experienced team of professional staff specialising in gold & mineral processing. Our experience, core technology and partnership with several other technology suppliers has allow us to develop and supply turnkey packages tailored to suit our clients unique requirements and budgets.

To tailor meet our clients requirements, Consep typically employs the following approach:

1. Consep’s experienced process engineers work closely to select a flow sheet
2. This is followed by development of a process flow diagram (PFD) and mass balance
3. We then establish a scope of works and provide preliminary estimate for the project
4. Scope of works and estimate are further refined to meet our clients expectations
5. Equipment is customised and manufactured specific to project requirements
6. Consep commissioning engineers are deployed to site to assist with installation, commissioning services, training and optimisation
7. Finally, Consep provides continued ongoing support via email, phone and site visits to ensure the plant is operating to our client’s expectations
