The Consep Acacia is a complete process solution to maximise recovery of gold from gravity concentrates such as those generated from a Knelson Concentrator. The Consep Acacia typically achieves overall recoveries over 98% and maintains an unblemished installation success rate.
Consep’s Electrowinning Cell (EWC) and rectifier combination, designed by our in-house experts who have many years of operational and technical experience, represent the latest generation of EWC’s and rectifiers.

Consep has a wide range of screen designs available, for a broad variety of applications including; dewatering, sizing, scalping, trash, carbon and gravity feed screens. Consep is unique in our ability to provide custom screen designs to fit our clients individual applications or layouts.
With over 25 years experience in the gold industry, Consep is able to develop custom packages for our clients to enable smelting of gold bars.
